Truly revolutionary!" …Sabra Bonell Sabra Bonelli is the Fitness Department Head at the Mission Valley YMCA in San Diego, CA where she oversees a group exercise department of over 80 instructors at 3 facilities. Sabra received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from UCSD and a Master of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from San Diego State University. She is a Group Exercise Instructor Trainer for the YMCA of the USA, and a member of the Group Fitness Instructor Exam Development Committee for the American Council on Exercise. She has authored three publications on group exercise for ACE's resource series, "Step Training", "Aquatic Exercise", and "Stability Ball Training." Before Joining the Polyrobics Class, I made every excuse in the book not to exercise. After 1 session, I was totally hooked! I even joined the YMCA, just so I could go to Polyrobics! The positive energy in the room during this class is awesome!! It really motivates me. I of the 2 left feet started taking Polyrobics in the very beginning (Before the "Y") and to tell you the truth I didn't think it was going to be that aerobically challenging. Now the dance part is another story.... But, as the weeks went by and I started picking up on the steps and all of those moves, Boy! The sweat started pouring off of me. I like that they have good warm ups, cool downs, stretching and those killer "Tala Abs". This class has truly motivated me in my workouts outside of Polyrobics. I now do my ab work (like I'm supposed to) at the gym that I work out of on a reg. basis. Also, this class has 3 great instructors with 3 different styles and personalities. Not a dull moment! Especially if you know Kiki .Tala is great with the high impact and Cathy with the low. So physically this workout has helped me lose a few inches, and it is just so much fun! Sincerely, Rosita Polyrobics is the first exercise class I've ever been to that I not only REALLY consider fun, but would actually be disappointed if I had to miss. I have so much fun hula-ing that I forget that I'm actually exercising. The only down-side is that I can't do Polyrobics every day...I can't wait for the video! - Sharla
